Blown head gasket? 1999

Hi, all. I have a 99 S70.

While driving today I heard a pop that sounded like it came from under the gearshift (general area) and then a white smoke/vapor appeared in the car from under my ashtray.

The smoke went away after about 30 seconds. I kept an eye on the temperature gauge and it didn't budge. The car wasn't running rough but did make some noise when I accelerated. I drove the car about 5 miles before I could park. Once parked I looked under the hood and there was similar white smoke/vapor coming from the dipstick tube.

Did I blow my head gasket?

Is the car safe do drive 9 miles home?

I paid about $2800 for the car a year and a half ago. . . .is it going to be worth it to fix?

Thanks for the great advice I always get here.
