Bad idle following B21f manifold install on a B21ft 200

Yesterday I installed B21 intake manifold on my 1983 Volvo turbo. Originally this car did not have and an intercooler. So I installed an intercooler from a 1991 940 Turbo. I removed the original manifold from the turbo and installed B21. I transferred the throttle body and the CIS motor to the B21. Everything bolted up just fine. I had to rework the harness to be CIS motor and the throttle position switch.

The first time I went to start the car it started right up but when the RPM dropped down to idle speed the car idled very rough and would eventually stall. it is my guess that I do not have the vacuum lines connected correctly. When I restarted the car I ran the car up to 1500 to 2000 RPM and the motor was clearly running rough. The wiring involved with the CIS motor and throttle position switch appeared to be correct because these CIS does run.


I am going to hit the forums and look for vacuum line routing and wait for feedback that will hopefully kick me in the correct direction. Prior to starting this project the car ran fine. I realize that my error is probably something simple that my inexperience has prevented me from finding yet. I know that the the problem is no doubt something simple, hopefully.
