Sudden power loss while driving 740t 700 1989

I thought I had this cleared up but, no. I went to pass a slow poke doing 20 in a 45 zone (hey, maybe he had the same problem as me, never know). Well the car sped up a few mph's and then lost all power like the boost pipe blow off or something. I threw it in neutral and got good revs, idle was a bit shakey but not real bad at all. After putting it back in drive there was still no power to accelerate. I coasted through a parking lot, stopped a few times then got back on the street where it suddenly had power again!

Last time this happened, I couldn't even get it up the ramps too look underneath.

I'm nervous as heck to take this car into traffic again. I hate slow pokes and I certainly don't want to become one.

Things checked:
AMM
All boost piping
All vacuum tubes and intake vacuum/pressure
Air cleaner
Idle air valve
TPS
Fuel pressure
charging system
Windshield fluid
