Replacing Intake Manifold gasket: How to remove fuel rail? 200 1993

'93 245

Trying NOT to damage the fuel rail and hoses, but having a hard time disconnecting the top hose (not sure which is supply and return hose; hence the word "top")that has what looks like a screw on fitting. Using two wrenches, it won't break away even after WD-40. Scared of twisting the whole darn thing off... The other (smaller) hose doesn't look as wicked since it has clamps. This "top" hose appears to be a hose-within-a-hose, that is, smaller plastic tube inside the hose. I tried pulling on the plastic tube, but was scared that it might not come out, so then went to trying to use two wrenches to loosen the fitting. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Cabbie
