Brush holder for starter motor 200

Like many of you I have had a starter failure due to corrosion of the braided wire between the startr solenoid and motor. It is possible to repair this problem rather easily by replacing the brush holder assembly:

The video shows the repair for a Bosh 110 series; our 240s have 108 series starters. Two questions:

1. Has anybody done this repair?
2. Does anybody know where we can buy 108 series brush holder assemblies?

Thanks. Glen

PS- Greetings to the BB old-timers. The kids and I still have a fleet of six 240s on the road, but it is becoming more and more difficult to find decent parts.
