Fire in the Vol... 120-130 1967

Pooch--since you mention NY weather--and I see from your profile where you live--we NYers have Joe Curto for SU & Stromberg parts/rebuilding. He is located in College Point, Queens and a good guy to deal with. Just recently I needed the small rubber(?) "O" rings which seal the jet tubes to the float chambers. With just a phone call Joe sent them to me --sent first--paid later (cheap). I've sold him "cores" over the years--and purchased rebuild kits. He will sell jets and needles separately. As long as your needles don't show signs of scratches and/or flat spots you can continue using them. The jets are the same no matter which needles you have. There are also regular BB posters who specialize in carb stuff.
As for the NY weather--I had to come to Winston-Salem for my grandaughter's birth and to see snow. We also had an ice storm--took 20 minutes to scrape the windows on the car. It was strange driving down here by way of I-81. Saw more and more snow on the ground the further south I went. -- Dave
