No start '72 142S 140-160

Sooo this morning I went to start the car as usual(Daily driver)and the starter will not turn over, not getting juice to the starter. When I put the test light on the small wire going to the starter relay there is no power there when I turn the ignition key to the start position. At the ignition switch:Two red connections power all the time, yellow/blue wire power only at start position, green wire power at accessory position. Does this sound normal? Maybe a broken wire to to the start relay or am I missing something here? Any help is greatly appreciated so I don't have to borrow a car to get to work again tomorrow, thanks.
