No start '72 142S 140-160

Remember Eric said the safety relay GROUNDS the other side of the solenoid actuator
coil when the engine is in park or neutral. Otherwise the wire is ungrounded but still
has no power going to it. So what you should test at that point is continuity to ground,
NOT voltage. And it should be grounded only when the tranny is in P or N.
Not sure whether the starter relay is a separate part there or just the starter solenoid.
In any case that is where the current SHOULD be going from the yellow-blue wire but not
sure of color at that point. May have changed at some other connection.
