Ignition Switch issues 120-130

Thanks guys.

Will first take out the cylinder and have a look. My fist guess is that it is the tumblers or the switch, after thinking about it maybe it is the cylinder as well.

The key turns to 1,2 and 3 and is a bit notchy as in not smooth. Can turn it just a hair past 3 and no farther. The key is difficult to push in and remove which makes me suspect the tumblers. Often I have to jiggle the key to remove it.

In position 3 the AMP light does not go on. A test light does light up suggesting that power is applied and the AMP light needs to be replaced.
