Off Topic-Your thoughts re: convertible 1800 for sale 444-544

As a young man I owned a '72 1800 & many 544's (today I own a '59 Duett). Back then I lusted to have a convertible 1800. There was a shop in New York (Long Island I believe)aptly named,"Volvoville", that did these conversions. Alas, I never got to own one.

Well, there's one for sale on eBay right now. It's here:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nice-Volvo-1800-convertible-volvoville-/170981895356?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item27cf50acbc#v4-41

Unfortunately, I look at now & I say, "Eh! It looks like an 1800 that had its roof chopped off. Nothing special."

It's a shame the owner made no effort whatsoever to take photos outdoors and at least try to market the car properly. I guess they are suffering from hubris i.e. this car is so rare we'll just offer it for sale and they will come."

What do you all think?
