strange idle 940

My 1995 940 idles a bit fast in neutral- then about every 15-20 seconds seems to stumble/miss then resumes fast idle. this is very rythmic- car is fully warmed up. Has 300,000 miles. Automoatic. runs fine driving down the road. Start fine. Never dies. All tune up parts are new withing last 3000 miles. injectors and fuel regulator new. Idle air control valve and AMM ? Other ideas?
