strange idle 940

Clean the throttle body and IAC, readjust the the throttle stop, cable adjustment and TPS. Finally, check for vac leaks in particular the IAC hoses.

You basically are not idling because the car is running on air not supplied by the IAC when your foot is not on the pedal. All but the tiniest bit air should come from the IAC when the throttle plate is closed. Either yours is not closing or you have a decent sized vac leak that the computer cannot compensate for.

This is all assuming you have an LH 2.4 car as I do not know how the Regina cars handle idle.
