Scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the hardest) How easy is it to install a radio in a 93? 200

Never done a car radio installation before- I'm pretty handy in the home- wired all my home electronics, replaced tubes on stereo receiver & amps, installed HD, memory, & other parts on computers, etc- but its time to upgrade the tape deck in the '93.
How easy is it to replace the stereo with one from crutchfield (which seems in research everyone's favorite place)
It seems that they sell everything I would need and comes with detail instructions. It seems that I wouldn't have to splice any wires- just use their wiring harness- and do you have to cut or modify the "in dash kit" that they sell to fit the stereo in the dash smoothly?
Thanks for any advice and info as I have never done this before.
