I'm thinking of purchasing the Harbor Feight metal shrineker/stretched listed for $150.

Has anyone purchased and/or used these tools? If so, what do you think of them. Do they perform as expected. Or would it be better value to spend more on better quality unit. Although hard to justify something not used often.
