electrical conundrum 120-130

Hi -

I need a little help diagnosing an electrical issue on my 122. Trying to figure out if I have a bad starter, bad battery, or whether the generator isn't charging properly. For the last few weeks, the starter has been turning the engine over, but so slowly that it won't fire up. Is there such a thing as a weak starter, or does that sound more like a bad battery? I can bump start the car, and it runs fine. The lights are dim at idle, but brighten up when I rev the engine, which makes me think that the generator is okay. What do you all think? Will a new battery solve my problem, and is this the sort of thing that my local Kragen can diagnose with their battery tester?

Thanks a lot,
F.R.
