940 cat back exhaust system missing parts? 900

I have done many 240 exhaust sytems over the years and this is my first 940 system.

I decided to go with Tasca parts for genuine Volvo exhaust kit as per suggestions here and on Swedish Bricks. The rear muffler had become detached so I pulled the resonator off.

While assembling the new system I noticed that the old system had a strap mount for the resonator and for the rear muffler. Looking at the parts from Volvo there is only 1 strap. I called Tasca, spoke to rep who stated that that's the way Volvo makes the kit and if I wanted the additional strap it would be $14.95. I'm surprised that the kit did not include all the necessary parts.

He stated that he would send it with another order I have pending for another car.

Is this normal in in your experience? Just wondering
