Need help to mount a hood mascot (forget my earlier post 444-544

OK, I took Derek's advice & I opened a photobucket acct.. My photos should be here:

Here's my question for those that have one of these hood mascots; Is it mounted to the hood with only one screw, with the other two mounting holes being used to mount the plexiglass insert?
