question on busings replacement, etc. 200

Hello,

For my Volvo 240, 1991, 185K miles,I replaced strut/shocks about 2 years ago.

I am planning to replace: front inner tie rod/outer tie rod/boots -- per mechanic's recomendations.

My car has been squeaking somewhat when I brake or go over the bump (it is not that bad but annoying). I asked the mechanic. He drove my car and told me that it could be bushings, or other things. He said he need to look at further.

I also told him that my steering wheel rattles at over 70 MPH.

If I need to replace bushings or something else, is there things I can replace comprehensively to do it once as a preventive measure/repair?

Thanks!
