Bosch distributor compatibility? My dizzy is making me dizzy. 1965

From years of neglect which have likely resulted in poor lubrication to the centrifugal advance, I'm sure a rebuild is not far off, but can anyone recommend which exact cap, rotor & points I should use, and if there's any other suggested maintenance, parts, mods, uses, or incredibly funny or deeply moving stories regarding this distributor?

Here's the code stamped on the dizzy, yo:

0 231 178 007
JF 4 ––––>

And now the long-winded spiel:

I've developed some issues with my deceleration RPM response (good off-idle acceleration, but slow return to idle). Plus it's sunny out, which means:
It's time for a tune up.
After owning pre-1974 Volvos for 20 years and this 122 wagon for over 5 years and 30K miles, I just discovered that my distributor isn't original to my B18b, and is apparently from a later 140 B20f which is weird because the fuel injection models had… Wait, stop.
I don't know what I'm talking about.
This is why I'm here to seek advice from this wonderful source which, unlike my own reasoning, is free from the paradigms rooted in my own childish logic:

I had never realized there were so many Bosch distributor variants! In the past, believing it to be as cross-compatible as the oil filters are, I would stop at "O'Schuck's Auto Parts & Smelly Trees, Inc." and, after explaining what a carburetor was to the poor kid behind the counter, I'd say something cocky like, "65 Volvo ignition things. GO!" and take whichever parts they gave me as long as they were orange, cheap, ill-fitting and difficult to install.

BUT NO MORE! This time I want to be sure I'm getting the right ignition parts for this dizzy, but my research thus far is only making ME dizzy.

THANKS!
