Quick Q about M46 OD wire gauge 200

I left food in the Blue Meany a little too long and more critters raided it via the shifter access, and this time they were probably raccoons who took serious disliking towards anything in their way, including the overdrive wire. Does anyone know if it's coaxial or just of a really heavy fibrous gauge? I can't really tell and I just want to make sure before I splice it.

The hole they left there is huge, much larger than what chipmunks had done before. Always keep your cars clean, folks.

Thanks, hope this question doesn't clutter the board long.
