Engines not getting fuel

Your troubleshooting is a bit non-linear so lets make it linear.

In order for the fuel pump relay to activate, it has to have an ignition signal. Are you getting spark (if no spark check the CPS and ignition power stage)?

If you are getting spark, what color is the label on your ECU...what is the number?

Have you done a full fuse box service (if you do not know what that is, do a search)? If you have not, no one will believe you if you tell us fuses are "fine".

How it the 25 AMP blade fuse under the hood? Its holder? The connection at the batter or in the junction block next to the batter?

These checks should get us to the root of the no power to pump issue.
