Intermittent power window problem 200 1990

On my 1990 240 DL the passenger side power windows intermittently don't work. You can press switch once and nothing happens, press again and nothing happens, and then suddenly it works. When it comes time to close the windows it's the same thing going back up. Sometimes it will stop working for a while but eventually it responds. This is happening on both the front and rear passenger side windows although the rear seems completely dead right now.

I tried swapping the passenger front window switch and that didn't help at all.

If the window decides to work it works well. And when it doesn't it is completely dead.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks,
Ted
