Orange gunk in intake hose 200 1991

I've been having problems with stalling in wet weather. This morning, the Dragon wouldn't even start. I took apart the intake and found this orange gunk in the hose between the mass airflow sensor and the throttle body.

Has anyone experience this before?

I noticed the goo is on the mass airflow sensor, so that can't be good.

It appears to be coming from the hose off the top of the flame trap, which dumps into the intake hose just south of the throttle body.

The mixture definitely has a water component to it, and it definitely has a fuel or oil component.

Thanks.
