Ok, just a report back.

There apparently are two sets of seals...the first goes around the glass or steel panel which sits against the actual roof line of the car and then there are a set of seals which seal the "drainage pan" agaist the inside of the car roof. The drainage pan seals are still available from Tasca but the seal for the actual sliding panel is not (and I can see why this seal is the one that goes as it actually sees weather).
