Leaky Oil Cooler Compression fitting 9turbo) 700

Hey everybody.

On my 90 740Ti (with a 94 B230ft L-block), I've got an oil leak.

One of the two compression fittings leading from the block to the oil cooler is leaking. I found it was leaking on a long trip. I cranked down on it harder and it stopped, but I still have a few drips if I push the car over 3500rpm (fooling around, getting on the freeway, I do it a couple times a month).

I replaced the engine 2 years ago and when I did, I used one line from my engine, and one from a different car due to wear. Should and Can I replace the lines? I think maybe Napa can make one for me.
I don't see any damage to either surface of the fitting, but I know it was mated to a different surface in the first place.

Does anyone have recommendations on what to do about this leak? To be clear, it's on the block side of the oil-cooler setup.

Happy Bricking
