Center driveline support bushing and bearing replacement. 900 1997

I have the driveshaft out of our 1997 S90/960. I'm looking for the source of a rhythmic vibration and harmonic noise that show up especially out on the highway. A transmission shop said it could be u-joints. The u-joints feel smooth and good to me, but the rubber on the center bearing support is pretty cracked. Before disconnecting anything, I could easily push the driveshaft up at least a half inch at the center support while lying under the car. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction as far as replacing the center carrier and bearing. Does it need to be pressed on and off at a shop? Are the aftermarket pieces any good, or should I go with genuine Volvo parts?
