Wants to stall when I take my foot off the gas and clutch it to stop 200 1990

My 240 with 3.1 fuel injection will frequently sputter a little when I take my foot off gas and press in the clutch to come to a stop. once the revs drop the engine seems to shutter a lit as if were going to stall and two or three times it has stalled out. I have replace the crank position, throttle position, and fuel regulator hoping one of those might be cause. This I thought maybe the throttle body needs to be cleaned, but haven't checked it yet. Any ideas? The Throttle position sensor changed seemed to stop it but it started up again in a few days, could there something else that is killing off my TPS?
