Seized engine S90-V90 1998

I like understanding why sh*t happens, but in this case it seems that engine is clearly dead. Completely seized up, which I admit seems unusual without any preceding noise or loud bang. Might be fun to take apart and figure it out and rebuild, but you may not have the time or inclination (I wouldn't in this case), so it's either new/used engine or sell to next guy. Just my couple of cents worth on the seized engine.
