240 Exhasust Manifold 200

Is this part (new) non-existant? After replacing every bit of exhaust last week EXCEPT for the manifold, I have learned that the studs are nearly junk and the down pipe will not stay sealed very well to the manifold and now my car sounds like a '74 VW.

I have checks all the usual places (that I know of) and a few others and no such part exists. Can anyone suggest someplace to look for one? Would I be better off just replacing the studs? Personally I would rather just replace the whole thing.
