87 240 dl? What to watch out for

Depending on who you ask it is all 81's-all 86's...and some 87's. Others say all 80-87's are doomed.

At this age, if it has a wiring harness issue it will be very obvious at the gray firewall plug. I would say the vast majority that are still running well have had the harness replaced by now.
