940SE Radio interference supression relay and other unknown. 900 1991

Hi, my car was for a while unstartable today, seemed much like earlier case when bad soldering in radio supression relay was causing ignition coil not to get power.
I have two identical relays on left fender near power steering reservoar. The engine most one was the one for ignition coil feed, Anyone who knows what the other one in the twin group is for?

Opened the previously resoldered on and it was ok, opened the other one, with yet unknown function just in case, and yes, really needed refreshing of the tin...but still what is the other one for...?

Thanks.
