WANTED: 72 145 M40 shifter rail bushings etc... 140-160

My 72 145 with M40 4 spd needs shifter rail (long rail the shifter bolts to) bushings etc... (not the shifter handle shaft bushings). Part numbers bushing 656574, Interlock pin 656575, spring 656576. Volvo & IPD doesn't have them. Anyone know who stocks these? maybe I could buy a used rail with good bushings? anyone? anyone?
