source for 4-pin metal-can relays? 120-130

I'm trying to add a part of the wiring for a 123GT to my '68 122S. Specifically, I'd like to add the three relays that control the horn and fog lamps. I'd like to use the round metal-can relays to keep it looking stock, but haven't been able to find any in the correct pin configuration. I have several of the three-pin style that were used for the reverse light and overdrive, but I need four-pin relays (with pins 85,86, 30/51, and 87). Anyone know a source for these?

TIA.
