function of pins 56 and 58 in the Amazon light switch? 120-130

It looks like I misread the 123GT wiring diagram. What fooled me was that the relay that controls the horn is also connected to the second fog light relay (#11). *Why* it's connected and in the way it is continues to puzzle me, but we'll leave that alone for now.

In order to understand the diagram, I think I need to know how the Amazon light switch functions. Pins 56 and 58 appear to control the fog light setup in the 123GT, but I don't understand when each pin (i.e. 56 and 58 on the light switch) has power and when it does not. Can anyone (Ron?) explain?

Thanks!
