function of pins 56 and 58 in the Amazon light switch? 120-130

Phil;

Using the definitions that Pos 0 is Off, pulled one notch is Pos 1 (Parking/Marker Lights only), Two notches is Pos 2 (Headlights also).

Checking the diagram, Term 58 is powered in Pos 1 and 2, so it is the Parking/Marker lights power (white wire which runs off to Fuse No3)...also instrumentation lights power.

Term 56 is powered only in Pos 2, so it is the headlight power (yellow wire supplies power to footswitch which selects hi or low-beam).

This is the same as a standard 122, but in the GT wiring, additional yellow and white wires have been added to the lightswitch, which run off to supply or control those additional relays... 9 which powers Foglamp, and 11 which power Spotlamp, and you will notice that there is only one of each of thoselamps....but I have noticed differences in this area between two GT wiring diagrams I have, so again, it will take some more time to sort...

Cheers
