Will a 700/900 front door fit IN the back seat / trunk of a sedan? 900

I'm going out on a limb here to see if anyone may have experience with this.

I'm purchasing a used door for my wagon as a quick rust fix. It would be super convenient for my sister to pick up the door for me from the shop. (She's coming to visit anyway) She, however, has 940 sedan. I've measured the door and it will be real close to fit the door in the back seating area of the sedan. I't may fit on a diagonal.

I have no thoughts on if it will fit in the trunk. Has anyone transported a door in a sedan? will this work? I'm sure if I were there I could wrap it in blankets and make it work in the trunk. She will be by herself and not sure how helpful the shop attendant will be with rigging.

thanks,
Matt
