switching engimes 120-130 1968

HELP - I am resurrecting my '68 123GT and had plans to drop a rebuilt taken from another car into the engine bay just prior to painting. However as I got it on the stand to prep it I discovered that it is a B20, and my original is a B18. Can I drp it in, and attach all the working peripherals from MY B18 [ starter, alternator, distributor, CARBS!,etc ] with ease, or are modifications required. My principal concern is carburation will the 20 run with the twins off the 18 - or do I have to source/fit different units? Timing differences? Can anyome provide advice? This discovery has come as a bit of a road bump. I'm in the closing stages of the job - very soon need to get motor in chassis - as my work station rental expires in 2 weeks and I'm concerned motor may take more work than anticipated to get going.

Cheers!
