164E Parts car 140-160

I no knothing about the 100's, I'm a 240 guy. I was at the Pic a Part and came upon a 164E 1975 that just arrived. The owner can't sell it because it is salvaged and to be destroyed. It is in good condition, no dents, all tires had air and new OEM parts in the trunck.

The guy said I could strip it for 400 hundred bucks. Before I run it through the wife I though I'd check here to see if there was the probability to get my money back by parting it out. Like I said it has a good body, bumpers head lamps and all glass is good. I got emotional that they were going to crush it the next day. What do you guys think. Is there a market or are they a dime a dozen? Your opinion is valued and may be printed for my wife to read when I approach her. I have all day Sat to strip it, what group of parts would be the most wanted and what group isn't? Thanks much.

Roger
