AMM differences?... 200 1990

I have 2 AMM's... For replacement. Both are Part #0 280 212 016 3 517 020.. One says 816 in the lower left corner, and has a "wishbone" type sensor in between the 3 thin wires.. The other says 015 in that same corner and has a thin broad piece of metal between those 3 thin wires. I'm pretty sure they'll both work in an emergency, but is one for a newer models and another for an older model?... I'm just curious is anyone knows. Thanks!
