R.I.P Posideon 700

Thanks, Ray, but here in Florida, the law is that if the cost to repair a car exceeds 80% of its value, it must be destroyed and is issued a certificate of destruction, thus can never be driven again. Not legally any way.

They claimed Posideon was worth $3030, and the repair costs were $4200. They wouldn't even consider estimating the repair costs if I did the work and saved the labor cost. It would have taken only a junkyard hood, two front fenders, headlights, and turn signals. And a new radiator. the whole cost would have been about $1000 if I did the work. It would have taken only 10 days to two weeks time.
