Replacement Radiator 200 1992

My '92 still has the original Blackstone radiator and it's on its way out. It's sweating coolant at the upper hose, the expansion tank is low and there is coolant very slowly dripping to the ground underneath the front bumper. I've searched through the forum and folks seem to be all over the place as to a quality replacement. Is there a consensus out there on what is the best replacement for the OEM? Is there anything out there that doesn't cost a fortune and can provide 21 years of trouble free service (or at least 10 years?)! Tasca wants $700 for an OEM radiator which I have no idea is Blackstone or what. I read somewhere here that Volvo is now selling rebuilt radiators? Should I just opt for a cheap replacement and plan on replacing it every few years? Seems like a sad way to go.
