Reasons for stalling and/or running rough. 200 1990

A few years ago I posted here asking for reasons a 240 would run rough or stall.
Since I have a "new" pc and lost that valuable list I thought I'd ask again. Please bricksters, post all the reasons for rough running and/or stalling you can think of.
It would help because for reasons unknown to me my beast has begun to stall unpredictably at idle.
I'll start:
bad wire
bad plugs
bad coil
vacuum leak
dirty AMM
ill functioning fuel pump

Thanks for your reasons, and your help.
