PAL fuse box

My '93 240 does not have a PAL fuse box attached to positive side of the battery. What's up with that? Are all the fuses located in the main fuse panel inside like the 91 and 92 models? I can't tell...I think maybe the info on the inside panel is from another car. There are discrepancies when compared to Bentley's. Also, there are only 8, 16, 25amp fuses...Shouldn't there be a 30 or a 60 or something for the more power needy systems (ABS, etc.) ??? just curious...
