Advice/Experience on Replacing Fuel Return Line-Hard Line 200 1990

Hi,

I need to replace the hard green (steel?) part of the fuel return line.

My questions-

Should I:

1. Replace the ENTIRE line from fuel rail to fuel in tank with fuel hose (cut off at in-tank connection)-regular fuel hose or fuel injection hose? I would probably also need new hose chassis clamps to affix hose to underbody as the plastic factory chassis clamps are small.

2. Replace with steel line? If so I'll need additional tools.

And if replacing with fuel hose, am I right in that 5/16" hose can be used?

Thanks,

Travis
