I got offered some recently rebuilt HIF6 carbs to replace my HS6s. Are these really a justified upgrade? I've heard the common things like the integrated bowls are better and that something is made of some sort of bi-metal to prevent lean conditions when the intake and carbs become heated.

Anyway, if I could get them at a good deal, is it a reasonable upgrade and would I have to change manifolds or linkage?
