P220 Fuel tank installation 120-130

I've removed the gas tank from by "barn find" '68 122S wagon. The tank is being cleaned and reconditioned and I will be re-installing it in the near future, but I have a few questions.
What kind of putty is used between the body flange and fuel tank flange ?
I have located most items for installation, but I could not locate the following; p/n 661727 rubber collar
and all the gaskets that are in the wagon fuel filler cap, mainly;
p/n671627; p/n668871; p/n671625
Are these items still available ? Have these p/n's been replaced ?
Any help as always is greatly appreciated. Thks
