absolutely. You will be dropping the drive shaft anyways, so why do the job 2x? Just do all 3 while it is apart. It really is one of the easier jobs to do on these (or most rwd) cars. If it is easier, follow the other advise first, grease one joint at a time (driving between each one). If the noise/vibration stops, you've fixed it but follow through with greasing all 3 anyways. If after that it still does not stop replace all 3.
