Thanks for your thoughts on this. Good to know that the throttle sensor would be highly unlikely culprit.
I haven't driven it more than 10 miles since that fill up so I can say only what I was experiencing in the driving beforehand which was that it was a measurable drop in both engine RPM and drive power while either accelerating, cruising (in gear, foot on the gas, 0 acceleration and sometimes even decelerating while still in gear [i.e. casually engine braking]), and going uphill. Since it would happen for only half a second or couldn't last more than two full seconds I'd say it was more like a combination of what you're asking, like the engine was quitting on me but only for a 'power loss' amount of time. This ONLY started happening when/after I tinkered with the TB, the idle beforehand was only a little shakey and low but it never became a driveability issue. I have no idea how it'll run tonite but maybe I'll go out of my way to find some hills in order to run another test on it.
I have two AMMs backups that are OEM vintage originals (no refurb stickers) of unknown quality, tho one of them at least seemed to run fine in my car last year for a day or two. Neither of them have I properly tested with the multimeter in the test module of the ECU. But I did test my AMM last year and it was mostly in spec; I also cleaned it with AMM cleaner just in case and made sure that my airbox thermostat was working properly.
