How good are SU's 120-130

The question is really this, I have a B20 that has been rebuilt to have an output of potentially 150-160 HP. VP did the build and used a custom grind cam a ported head with larger valves and a 30 over on the pistons. VP shaved the head and decked the block for all the right reasons. I added a 123 distributor with a curve setting of 'C' and timed it Dynamically at 35 degrees. I also added the IPD header which feeds a 2" pipe through a muffler and resonator.
Following the motor is a T9 5 speed and a 3:90 gear set.
So, the question is can I expect to get 'performance' from an SU set up or am I expecting to much. Keep in mind I am not drag racing but merely enjoy cruising with the occasion to get on it. The SU's are simple enough but I wonder about them for the 'fun' side of driving.
