Good to know about the AMM multimeter test and the poor connection at the plug. I'll look into that.

As for the distributer, I really know nothing about what to be looking for when it comes checking on that, but I'll do some searching in this board and read up on it in the manuals.

The O2 sensor did its things with the oscillating voltage test last year, so I wrote that off as a possible culprit. They come new with catalytic converters these days and I got mine replaced in 2010 (and it's already toast due to being burned out by motor oil apparently, but that's another issue).
